I installed a single gate controller system from Ghost Controls a few months ago. Instructions were sinple and easy to follow. I had my gate opener installed in a couple of hours. Product quality was great. I had two instancesd where lightning damaged the main board, the board in the arm, the antenna amplifier board and the alarm speaker. While I did have to replace the main board, Ghost was nice enough to send me the other parts free of charge. I would definitely recommend Ghost controls for any of your gate needs.read more
This business sold the wrong garage door opener for more than double the price it costs to purchase online. The garage door opener is a 10 dip switch device. The garage opener in my complex is a 9 dip switch device. The people working here told me there is no such thing as a 9 dip switch garage door opener. A simple google search revealed there are different garage door openers with variable dip switch numbers. A garage door expert company that doesn't know basic information such as how many dip switch types of garage door remotes are on the market is not one anyone should patronize. Transparency is a great sanitizer of malarkey.

GREAT! except the repair man said the control board was likely fried, and given the age of the system (8 yrs) it would be better to replace everything. That didn't sit right with me, so I called to discuss with a service manager. He agreed it would make sense to come out. No follow up, no estimate on a new control board, no estimate on replacement. In the mean time I got an appointment with A&D. It took them 2 hrs to get the wiring back in place, change out the hydraulic fluid and get it back working. A week later it started having issues again...it turned out a sensor was starting to fail and had issues periodically. They sent someone else out, who diagnosed the issue but did not have a sensor in stock.

I am really glad I found this coop opener. I have an old coop and modified my door to make it fit but it was pretty easy.
